Adjusting row height for a toggle list item

I want the list items in this toggle list to be smaller so I can fit all 7 in view without the user having to scroll. I’m able to resize the cells just fine, but the row height remains the same and I do not see any way to resize it.

Anyone know of a way to address this?

(both cells have been resized to 40px height)

The parent container, i.e. the toggle list item seems to have set minimum height property to 64px by default. You can override that for it to be smaller.
