Android notification icon white square

I’m posting this here first to see if anyone else has this issue or knows what I’m doing wrong before reporting it as a bug.

I have tried both of the following and still no progress

For my notification icon I am starting with an SVG with no colors defined other than white and transparent. I export the icon as a PNG with a transparent background and upload that in 48, 72, 96, 144, 192 into the image assets area of the builder.

I am at my wits end. Everything I have tried has been a white square broken icon.

I am using 3.4.5 and building an AAB

Can anyone who knows, look at this image and tell me why it’s not working OR let me know it should be working and this is actually a bug in the 3.4.5 build system or something like that?

Hi! I see you already posted a topic on our tracker about this, and we’re looking into this. We’re pretty sure this has been around for some while, and are wondering how no one has noticed it before :thinking:

I have wondered the same myself which is why I spent a few days convinced I was doing something wrong. I get an impression that not -that- many appgyver users have gone down the notification rabbit hole yet.

Hi, facing the same problem. White square.

My Android notifications appear correctly with the icon i set, so this isn’t happening for everyone.
