APK built from AppGyver could not be published on Google Play Store

Google return an error message like “permission(s): android.permission.CAMERA. Apps using these permissions in an APK are required to have a privacy policy set.” when I already choose that permission on “Permissions” tab of “ANDROID BUILD SETTINGS” (see attached picture)

I think you need to write a privacy policy in the play store portal.
