App Rejected - Push Notifications Must be Optional

I submitted my App Build to Apple, when a new user downloads the App the App aska if the user would like to allow push notifications. Once allow is selected, a new dialogue appears that says push notifications are required and prompts the user to go to settings. Video Attached. How do I change my logic or modify my App such that the second dialogue does not appear or that push notifications are not required. Apple rejected the App based on this alone.

Thank you so much!

This may not help, but I dont think you should have both Page mounted and focused both feeding into the same logic, because that will cause it to run those flows twice. I would remove the Page focused wire.

The pop-up needs to be re-worded or removed, or Apple wont accept it.
