Build process in appgyver

Hi, wondering what the process is or can be done. I don’t want to upload my app to apple or google. I just want to send it to friends at this point.

Is that possible and what would the steps be for the build?

Android is easy, just share the apk. IOS is harder I think. I upload to apple and give friends access via test flight.
