Controlling the style change of a component that has an active tap event

Every component that gets the Component tap event attached to a flow function will change its opacity when clicked.

Although this behaviour might be desirable most of the time, there are times when this is not wanted (e.g. scrolling a long list of children items in a Data Component that have a navigation to another page via Open page function will cause abrupt changes in transparency).

Is this change in opacity somewhere hard-coded or can it be accessed and controlled?

This is not hardcoded, some clickable HTML elements change their style while hovered/clicked by default. For instance, a Button:
