Creating Direct Third Party Authentication = Internal Server Error

If I try and select the Direct Third Party Authentication I receive the popup window with the messages and then when I accept them the next message is “Internal Server Error”.

It does not create the Login screen that I am expecting or the views.

Any idea why this happens? My application number is: 174814
