Does AppGyver still allow publishing on the iOS App Store?

Will I still be able to publish my app on the iOS App Store? I saw a line on Apple’s website saying, “Starting April 2022, all iOS and iPadOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 13 and the iOS 15 SDK.”
