Event on "image is rendered"?

Hey,

I have an issue esp. on Android that images require 1-2 sec to load (also from local storage) so that the text is displayed before the image.
Is there a way to get an event for “image is rendered” so that I can play with the visibility flag here?

Thanks,
Jo

Hi! There is no such event at this point, but I recommend using the Image with Spinner component for a bit smoother experience.

Thanks. How do I know when to show the spinner and when not?

The Image with Spinner component does this automatically – but the thing is, it just always has the spinner, the spinner simply is beneath the image when it loads, and thus not visible.
