Firebase Database Rules

I have been using firebase database in test mode and was able to read/write data from my app. However I received an email that the time had lapsed for test mode and I needed to change the rules.
Once I changed them though I’m not able to read/write data from the app anymore.

This is what I have for the database,

rules_version = ‘2’;
service cloud.firestore {
match /databases/{database}/documents {
// Allow public read access, but only content owners can write
match /some_collection/{document} {
allow read: if true
allow create: if request.auth != null;
allow update, delete: if request.auth.uid ==;

And for the storage

rules_version = ‘2’;
service {
match /b/{bucket}/o {
// Files look like: “user//path/to/file.txt”
match /user/{userId}/{allPaths=**} {
allow read;
allow write: if request.auth.uid == userId;

Does anyone know what the issue might be?
