FORMAT_LOCALIZED_DECIMAL returns 1 when 10000 divided by 10 (Video included)

I believe there is a bug in this formula.

This is my formula:

NUMBER(FORMAT_LOCALIZED_DECIMAL(NUMBER(self.value)/NUMBER(repeated.current.total_month), “en”, 2))

It works fine except when it comes to 10000++ divided by 10
