Google-services.json file missing

For more than 6 times, I have generated, downloded and uploaded the google-services.json file and still got error message, ‘google-services.json missing’

I have done all I possibly could for more than 3 hours and still made no headway through.

Please help!

Make sure you press BOTH Save buttons in order:

Thank you so much. You are right… I realized I did not save the file before proceeding to click on the save and next button.

I did as instructed in the screenshot you sent and it worked. I am waiting for the final output.
