How come swipe to refresh works in preview app but not in build?

Do we have to do anything to enable swipe to refresh? It always works in the previewer app but not in the android build.

No never got a reply. I think it is a conflict with the disable scroll feature

Swipe to refresh will not work if scrolling is disabled, since its functionality relies on detecting a scroll beyond the screen. It case it does not work with scrolling enables - that is a bug.
