How to check to see if item in list matches value of two keys

I have three rows and three columns of containers and need to set the value of the background images based on whether the column position and row position are found in a list like this:

winList

colm: 1
row: 2

Can anybody help as there is no explaination of how the formulas work anywhere.

Hi, it’s difficult to understand without screen image of the data you use.
If it is in the form of an array. Maybe :
Is_in_array or is_in_array_by_key
