How to create tab bar?

Hi,

I need to create tab bar like below link.

  1. Soft tabs - AppGyver

  2. Power-up: Conditional Renderer - AppGyver

I tried many times, but I failed with tutorials that I mentioned. This urls lack sufficient explanation.

Please help me with your know-how.
