How to refresh a list that's repeated with a firebase connection?

Hey,

Do any of you know how to make this refresh functionality work?

This is what i’ve got but it doesn’t work, unfortunately.

Not sure it is wise to “refresh” - as in refresh every 30 seconds with firebase as each refresh is a read and firebase will bill $$$ for that.
Anyway an example of a refresh, with the delay flow function:
