Is it possible to build a non-rigid layout?

Hi,

I’m curious if it is possible to build a layout that isn’t fixed to a columns/rows type of structure?

Where it is not by default either full width of 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 width etc’, where I can just drag the corner and change the size arbitrarily.
