Need help! Need to recover my recently deleted project

Please help me delete my project that I deleted by accident!!! I spent a lot of time on it, and it’s nearly ready for production. I was talking to the most beautiful girl over facetime and got mesmerized by her. Before I knew it, my app was gone and I had no way of recovering it.
