Offline APP with SQLITE DATABASE

Hi, I like Your Service and support.
We need for our app sqlite storage so users can access (search the terms) the app database offline, is it possible with appgyver or any work around. so users can use the app offline

thanks , but it is about the user local data… not that we want. we want sqlite or any database solution to place our data like csv or mp3 files
