Page background not stretching to viewport

Hi there! I noticed that the background color is not stretching to the height of the viewport on web apps, as it can be seen below. (background is black, I just added a blue container on the bottom, the white space is the issue)

I already set the page layout property of “stretch to the viewport height” to true.

Is there something I’m missing? Thanks in advance.

The grey area is the page background that is set to be stretching to viewport height.
