Print or export from user input in 'letter' format?

I do credit repair for a living and have built a few apps on platforms such as airtable, bubble and similar and am trying to do the same here because of the UI. However, I have no idea how to do the following:

  1. user enters their info in the inputs and drop downs
  2. the result populates and can be printed from a boilerplat such as:

[name]

[date]

[address]

[paragraph1]

[name]

I am so confused and hope that someone can really help me

The easiest way to do that would be to create a Client-side storage (or AppGyver Cloud Storage) resource with the correct fields, where the inputs are bound to a New type data variable, and then a separate details page fetches the data and shows it in a list.
