Problems with consecutive double quotation marks

Hello,

I’d like to calculate DATETIME_DIFFERENCE function using NOW function.
But the problem is as shown in the figure below.

Please help me.

Don’t format the input in the NOW() formula. Apply formatting YYY-MM-DD after (output).
