Simple Bullet List

Hi
I’m new to AppGyver and want to put a bullet list on a welcome page (he page will also have a “Register/Login” button).
Is the best way to use the HTML Render (beta) component?
Or should I use an Icon List Item, or any other suggestion?
I will appreciate any suggestions.
