Storing Chatgpt responses on device inside a list

I followed “Tyler Talks” video about using chatgpt in Appgyver, worked well as I was able to get responses inside a text box based on my input.

Now I am trying to store on device in a list, the responses I get from chatgpt. Any help appreciated because I honestly I tried everything but to no success

Use WITH_ITEM() to add the last response (it’s an item) to existing conversation (it’s a list).
